## Current limits

- Public prelaunch MCP access is closed.
- The authenticated MCP route exists, but paid tool calls are not available yet.
- The DFW coverage catalog records research evidence. It does not prove complete or live ingestion for every listed source.
- Follow government source links before relying on a result.

This file guides clients. It does not guarantee that a model or agent will read it.
